HELP! Too Many Phone Books!

Feel like you get more phone books
than you can use?

The Phone book industry has put together (finally) a site where you can opt out of receiving a printed phone book:

An article I read this week in Finance and Commerce stated that 85% of all phone books are thrown away, which is against Minnesota law. All of Update's buildings have co-mingled recycling, so our tenants can dispose of phone books the "green" way. But the best way to deal with the big yellow books is to only get them if you want them.

Developments continue in Raymond/University Despite COVID

More apartments are planned for 2225 University Avenue (next to the McDonald's)  This is the former site of Paster Enterprises office building.  We are excited to see more density for the neighborhood and more residents to support our local restaurants and retail.

New Development coming University/Raymond

Kraus Anderson is finalizing plans for a large apartment building at Raymond & University. We are excited to find out some retail and commercial space will anchor the street level.  The Raymond Station has really helped to spur redevelopment in our neighborhood.  We welcome the many new residents the spaces will bring!   Let's get started!

Platform Apartments Really Taking Shape!

The construction site is very busy at University and Hampden where the Platform Apartments are under construction.  This is going to be a great addition to the neighborhood - replacing two blighted buildings - turning the corner into a beautiful place to live.   A roof top patio will be a great amenity, as will the underground parking lot.   We are excited for our new neighbors to move in this fall.  St. Anthony Park is really growing - adding many new neighbors close to University.  Hopefully this development will bring a new restaurant!
